London, UK – 9 June 2025 – Tickets are now live for the inaugural Corporate Padel Cup, the first event of its kind in the UK, set to take place on Thursday 18 September at Padium in Canary Wharf. The tournament is being launched by Property+Padel, the breakout real estate and padel networking platform that has rapidly built a global presence since its debut in October 2024.
Billed as a bold reimagining of traditional corporate sport, the Corporate Padel Cup will welcome 16 company teams to compete in a fast-paced, high-energy format that blends sport with premium networking opportunities. Each team will consist of one pair of players, battling through group stages and knockout rounds from 12 PM to 5 PM. The action will then shift into a lively evening social, featuring food, drinks, music, and networking from 5 PM to 8 PM.

From Miami to London: Property+Padel’s Expanding Global Footprint
The Corporate Padel Cup is the latest high-profile initiative from Property+Padel, whose mission is to redefine how professionals connect across industries. After hosting successful events in New Jersey and Miami, the UK edition represents a significant milestone in the platform’s rapidly expanding UK Homecoming Tour.
“We’re excited to confirm that tickets are now live for this hotly-anticipated City event which, in line with padel’s brand as a modern, sport-for-all, is open to companies from across the business spectrum,” said Rohit Grewal and Ben Nichols, Co-Founders of Property+Padel. “Since launching Property+Padel in the UK last October, and following two high-impact events in the United States, we’ve regularly been asked to create a tournament specifically for the UK’s corporate sector. Well, here it is – staged at Padium, the true symbol of London’s corporate padel scene.”

The venue choice is significant; Padium, located in Canary Wharf, is regarded as a flagship destination in London’s evolving padel landscape and serves as a fitting backdrop for what organizers hope will become an annual fixture in the City’s business calendar.
A New Era in Corporate Networking Through Sport
More than just a tournament, the event seeks to capture a broader shift in how business professionals choose to engage and build relationships. Grewal and Nichols describe padel as “the ultimate modern-day business sport – social, fast-paced, and inclusive,” positioning it as a compelling alternative to traditional formats such as golf. “Who has time for 18 holes of golf anymore?” they remark.
With its focus on real estate, finance, investment, law, tech, hospitality, and sport business, Property+Padel’s format has struck a chord with modern professionals seeking more dynamic and meaningful forms of connection. Their events, which consistently sell out, are redefining the relationship between sport and business. Grand prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, with the winning pair earning an exclusive padel retreat abroad. The event promises a blend of competition and camaraderie, encouraging businesses to showcase their teamwork while strengthening their professional networks.

What’s Next for Property+Padel
The September showcase builds on Property+Padel’s rising momentum, following their upcoming Summer Social scheduled for 24 June at Rocket Padel Battersea. That event is headlined by Savills and supported by a growing lineup of industry partners including HartDixon, Blackstar Real Estate, and Playtomic. Property+Padel will also return later this year for its UK flagship summit at the end of the calendar year, with full details expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Since its founding less than a year ago, Property+Padel has rapidly evolved into a leading force at the intersection of professional networking and sport. The Corporate Padel Cup is poised to be a defining moment in that journey – a celebration of competition, collaboration, and the changing face of corporate engagement.
